Quality Control
An Accommodations Online approved representative inspects, photographs and approves each property for
quality control prior to being listed. Accommodations Online reserves the right not to list any
property without explanation.
Real-Time Reservations
Accommodations Online operates as a Real-Time reservation system for vacation rentals and extended
stay properties. When a traveler checks for rates and availability online, the information in the
system is updated and correct. PROPERTY MANAGERS AND OWNERS ARE REQUIRED TO UPDATE ACCOMMODATIONS
ONLINE'S RESERVATION SYSTEM PRIOR TO ACCEPTING A RESERVATION FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. Failure to maintain
the system properly will result in temporary or permanent removal from our reservation system.
