Sleep and wake to sounds of waves! Our one bedroom condo is newly furnished in a modern tropical/surf motif which brings our love of Southern California beach living indoors. Our first floor location is just steps from the sand or pool and spa in the quieter section of the complex. Our unit features a private side ocean/sunset view balcony, complete kitchen with new appliances, dining area and cable TV & DVD in both the living room and bedroom. We provide beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards and more! Hosts are local surfers - please inquire about local breaks or surf schools.
