This condo is very clean and bright. It has been upgraded with new tile floors in the kitchen, dining, hall & bathroom areas. The carpeted living room has a comfy queen sofa sleeper with chaise extension. The living room and balcony have a tranquil garden and koi pond view. Kitchen has been remodeled in contemporary black and white with new cabinets and appliances. New boogie boards, beach towels, ice chest, beach chairs & umbrella are provided for your time at the beach, which is just steps away! You'll find our home fully equipped with linens, dishes, new pots and pans, BBQ tools and DVD/CD player. The only thing missing is you and some sunscreen!
