| Unit E104 is an ocean view one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, large living room, comfortable bedroom and private dressing area with full bath ( tub & shower ). Stroll down to the sea wall at sunset and sip a glass of champagne as you watch the sun slide down into the sea - or capture it all from the comfort of your private balcony. This condo was updated two years ago with new kitchen appliances, new tile, fresh paint and new wicker furnishings, with a pleasing nautical theme. The E building has no roads or other 3 story buildings nearby, which means better air flow, less noise and great views. Our condo has a large, partially covered balcony, with ocean views to the west, close to the beach - with a maximum of privacy. Fall asleep and wake to the sounds of the ocean surf in our top of the line Sealy Posturepedic king bed with tempur-pedic topper. The living room has a new queen sofa bed featuring an upgraded innerspring mattress, and we also offer two twin futons to use anywhere you like. Portable crib, high chair and umbrella stroller are in the unit for infants up to 30 pounds. Basic beach equipment of sand chairs, towels and cooler are provided. Beach gear, sand chairs, umbrella, beach towels, ice chest and boogie boards are provided for your use. Cable TV / VCR in the living room and bedroom, plus DVD and stereo in the living room, with a video library of 35-50 tapes. Hi-speed DSL is provided for your use at no extra charge. We frequently hear from our guests that we have thought of everything to make their stay enjoyable.
