| If you like the pounding of the surf, or dancing lights on the water at night from the harbor boats, then this condo is just for you. Just 40 yards to the sand, E107 has dramatic sunset views nightly. Our condo is approximately 800 sqft. which is large for a one bedroom unit. The condo was updated one year ago with fresh paint, carpet, tile, appliances, furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The large master suite closes completely off from the living room area, and has a new Cal King Spring Air top of the line pillow top bed, stuffed chair / ottoman, TV / VCR, and a small computer station. A computer work station equipped with a fax and printer, along with hi-speed DSL are provided at not extra charge to help you stay productive while on vacation. There is a dressing room, double sinks, full bath with tub and shower. The living room has a fireplace and large, deep stuffed couch and two big stuffed chairs, one of which converts to a chair-bed. The entertainment center features a VCR / DVD and stereo. This is a family-friendly unit with high chair, umbrella stroller, sand toys, video library, game caddy and more. Basic beach equipment of sand chairs, towels and cooler are provided. Beach equipment and boogie boards are provided.
